Work the list without leaving the dashboard
Each row gets a button. Mark the lead as junk, log the call, flag the order as ready to bill, and the change reaches your CRM through Zoho Flow, Zapier, n8n or your own endpoint. The row hides or gets a badge, so the list shrinks as the team works.

Click, confirm, done
An action does one job. The person clicking sees exactly what will be sent before anything leaves Cerebro.
- 01
A button on the row
Junk, Log call, Ready to bill. Add an optional form field for an outcome or a note. - 02
A confirm dialog
The dialog lists the fields that will be sent for that record. Cancel, or confirm and send. - 03
A signed webhook, then the row updates
Cerebro posts to your endpoint, then hides the row for a set time or shows a badge until the source data catches up.
Clear a CRM spam queue without opening each record
Marketing ops at Summit Field Services cleans spam out of the CRM every morning. Each row in the review queue has two buttons. Junk and Not spam each run a CRM function for that contact through the team's own flow.
After a click the row hides for 24 hours while the CRM syncs back. The queue gets shorter as they go.

Ready to bill, from inside the accounting app
Brightpath Classroom Systems embedded its open sales order backlog in Zoho Books. The finance lead sorts by open amount and clicks Ready to bill on the order at the top. The button posts to a Zoho Flow webhook that starts their billing steps.
The row shows Sent to billing, so nobody bills the same order twice.

The assistant asks the questions and wires the button
Tell the dashboard assistant what the button should do. It asks which rows get it, what the person fills in, where the request goes and what happens to the row afterwards. Then it publishes the action.
Don't have a webhook yet? It walks you through building one in Zoho Flow.
- Turn each action on or off
- Change the URL or rotate the signing secret

Built so a click can't be forged or sent twice
Cerebro re-reads the record from the tile when someone clicks, so the browser can't change what gets sent. Every request carries a signature your endpoint can check, and each record allows one run at a time.
- Signed requests with a secret you can rotate
- One run per record, one send per click
- Rate limits on every action

Dashboard actions FAQ
Does Cerebro write to my CRM directly?
No. Cerebro sends a signed webhook to the tool you choose, such as Zoho Flow, Zapier, n8n or your own endpoint. That flow does the write, with the permissions you gave it.
Can a viewer change what gets sent?
No. When someone clicks, Cerebro reads the record again from the tile's data on the server. The viewer can fill in the form fields you defined and nothing else.
What if someone clicks twice?
Each record has one run at a time, and a click is sent once. A second click on the same row doesn't send a second request.
Which dashboards support actions?
Custom dashboards. The button can sit on any table row the dashboard shows, including inside an embed.
How does my endpoint know the request came from Cerebro?
Every request is signed with a secret that belongs to that dashboard's actions. Check the signature before you act on it. You can rotate the secret from Settings at any time.

What customers say
“Nothing broke. It worked like a charm. The button sends the webhook payload straight to a Deluge function I already had in the CRM, and it worked perfectly.”
“A system of action and execution.”
“This is going to give ops a look into the business they've never had.”
